This report presents annually-updated trend analyses of selected indicators of evidence-based practice efforts, as identified by the ICIS and implemented by corrections agencies throughout the State. It provides a composite scan of positive, negative, and uncertain (mixed results) trends from FY 2009 to FY 2013.

This report details a three-year recidivism study that tracks Hawaii's FY 2011 offender cohort. A total of 2,905 offender assessments were compiled from the State of Hawaii's Probation Services, Hawaii Paroling Authority, and Department of Public Safety. This study report documents progress toward reducing adult criminal offender recidivism by 30 percent over a ten-year period.
