Interagency Council on Intermediate Sanctions

This report is a three-year follow-up recidivism study that tracks rearrests for Hawaii's FY 2007 offender cohort. A total of 2,528 offender assessments were compiled from the State of Hawaii's Probation Services, Hawaii Paroling Authority, and Department of Public Safety. This study report documents ICIS progress toward reducing adult criminal offender recidivism by 30 percent over a ten-year period.
