Interagency Council on Intermediate Sanctions

This report presents the results of an “organizational climate” survey, which measures the quality of a work environment. The survey was administered to probation officers at Adult Probation, parole officers at the Hawaii Paroling Authority, social workers at correctional facilities managed by the Department of Public Safety, and social workers at the Intake Service Centers.
