This is an analysis of the Hawaii correctional facilities inmate population for FY 2011. The data come from a compilation of 5,921 inmates across nine correctional facilities, including two mainland-based corrections centers. This report examines correctional facility risk-rankings based on pertinent risk indicators from the Level of Service Inventory Revised (LSI-R) and Alcohol Substance Use Survey (ASUS). Additional analyses include risk-rankings by custody status, which include incarcerated Probation Violators, Parole Violators, Sentenced Felons, Sentenced Misdemeanants, and Pretrial and Presentenced offenders.
