This report details a three-year recidivism study that tracks Hawaii’s FY 2014 offender cohort. A total of 2,753 offender assessments were compiled from the State of Hawaii’s Adult Probation Services, the Hawaii Paroling Authority, and the Department of Public Safety. This report documents progress toward reducing adult criminal offender recidivism by 30 percent statewide.

This report presents annually-updated trend analyses of selected indicators of evidence-based practice efforts, as identified by the ICIS and implemented by corrections agencies throughout the State. It provides a composite scan of positive, negative, and uncertain (mixed results) trends from FY 2012 to FY 2016. View File
