This report presents organizational climate survey from participating ICIS agencies. The project surveyed 208 officers and social workers from the Judiciary’s Adult Probation, Hawaii Paroling Authority, and the Department of Public Safety’s Prison and Intake Service Centers using an 8-question Likert Instrument that surveyed six primary dimensions of organizational development (Leadership, Motivation, Communication, Decisions, Goals, and Control).
